hey!! i'm savannah love

Welcome to Vannah Love Photography, I'm so glad you're here! I'm Savannah Reagan, a 23 year old photographer hopping between all areas of Colorado and Dallas/Fort Worth. I specialize in portrait photography, but you can always catch me with a camera in hand! I have experience with a wide range of portraits including families, graduates, engagements, couples, and my favorite: high school seniors!!

If we're getting technical, I began shooting officially my junior year of high school in 2017. From then on, my passion has grown immensely and my skills as a photographer have gotten drastically better (thank the Lord). Other than a few online classes and social media groups, I am a completely self taught photographer!! I put in an incredible amount of time and energy in my work, and have learned so much throughout my years of experience.

If you know me, you know I never slow down. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

As of July 2023, I am living full time in Dallas, Texas and working as an engineer for Dewberry Engineering. Leaving my Colorado roots was hard, I spent 22 years of my life in that wonderful state, but this girl was ready to head South! I graduated from Colorado School of Mines in May 2023, where I was a member of Alpha Phi sorority and Student Mobilization.

When not doing school work or photo shoots, you can find me in the kitchen baking dessert, volunteering to hold babies at Citizens Church on Sundays, doing yoga, bible journaling, or getting some sun. I love being outside, rainy days, swimming, or really anything that has to do with photography.

I love seeing people recognize their outer beauty. This is so much more to me than the press of a button. It's creativity. It's scientific, transforming waves of light and color. It's math, setting shutter speeds and ISO values. It's specifying aperture and the intake of light to construct your ideal image, your art. To combine these functions with the emotions of real human beings, flaws and all, to capture a perfect moment in time. The process is magical, it's science, it's art, it's all the things I love in one.

And I get the privileges to do this with you.
